A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period of sojourn;

On May 9, 2018, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a resident's family member, F-1-5, and did not renew or depart from the Republic of Korea despite the expiration of the period of stay as of September 3, 2018, and stayed in Sung-gu, Sung-si B and Daegu Metropolitan City C Japan from around that time until April 22, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant was staying in Korea beyond the scope of sojourn status or sojourn period.

2. Forgery of an official document;

A. A. Around February 15, 2020, the Defendant related to the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate, in order to use the foreigner registration certificate to find employment difficult due to the expiration of the period of sojourn at the window E and the second floor of the Defendant’s residence, and requested the Defendant’s mobile phone pactbook (F) to forge a foreigner registration certificate with the Defendant’s mobile phone pactbook (hereinafter “F”), and the Defendant’s mobile phone pactbook to forge a foreigner registration certificate. The F sent the Defendant’s request to G with a forged book, and the G received the Defendant’s personal photograph, gender column, “D” in the name column, “A” in the national region, “VENM” in the sojourn status column, “VENM” in the sojourn status column, and “F-1” in the residence of the Defendant’s residence, “F-3, 2015” in the name of the Defendant’s residence, and then obtained the Defendant’s residence registration certificate under the name of the head of the Daegu Immigration Office through the Defendant’s residence.

B. The Defendant related to the forgery of “L” is above the Defendant around February 19, 2020.

At the place indicated in the paragraph, F entered the birth year of alien registration number into F in 1968 and again requested to be forged, and the G requested through F is empty.
