A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period of sojourn;

On June 11, 2017, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a general training (D-4-1) qualification, and stayed in B and C B and C from around that time to February 3, 2020 without departure despite the expiration of the period of sojourn as of May 25, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant was staying in Korea beyond the scope of the status or the period of sojourn.

2. Around August 2018, the Defendant: (a) made a forgery of a public document from a name-free person (one name “D” and “E”) who is an accomplice in the Republic of Korea; (b) made a request to manage a foreign registration certificate of the Republic of Korea; and (c) made a request to manage the price; and (d) made a request to manage and transfer the forged price deposited from the clients of the forgery of the certificate; and (c) the accomplice E is in charge of soliciting the clients; and (d) delivered the content requested from the accomplice to the forgery of the name-free person.

On November 2018, the defendant had a mind to forge and carry his/her foreigner registration certificate in order to use his/her employment, etc. when normal living is difficult due to the expiration of his/her period of stay in the defendant's residence located in B of the B of the B of the Japan.

The defendant requests the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate to a counterfeited business operator in his/her name on the above date, at a place D through D, and the forged business operator in his/her name omitted shall print and affix his/her photograph on the plastic card in the form of a foreigner registration certificate and attach it to the "F", "A" in the name column, "A" in the sojourn status column, "F" in the issue date column, "Tgu Immigration Office" in the issue date column, "the head of the Daegu Immigration Office" in the issue date column, "O. 10. 10. 10. 201" in the issue date column, "O. 202. 0. 10. 0. 10. 10. 10. 10. . . .. .. .. .....
