A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) had a 20-year-old AJ certified judicial scrivener office located in the AI, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, without authority to register and dispose of the land owned by the clan in his/her own name even though he/she is not a legitimate representative; (b) had a certified judicial scrivener prepare the minutes of the 29-year-old D clan general meeting" from December 3, 2015; (c) “AE, who was appointed as the chairperson on December 3, 2014 as the first internal officer, voluntarily resigns and was appointed as the president; (d) had the president write the minutes of the 20-year-old general meeting; and (d) he/she had the president write it in the name of the 20-year-old general meeting; (d) had the president write it in the name of the 3-year general meeting; and (d) had the president write it in the name of the 4-year general meeting; and (d) had the content and content of the bylaws changed.”

2. Preparation of private documents for qualification solicitation;

A. The Defendant is only a clan member of CJ (D) and is not a legitimate representative, and without his/her authority to register and dispose of the land owned by the clan in his/her name, at the AJ Certified Judicial Scriveners office located in AJ on December 7, 2015, and AJ certified judicial scrivener on December 7, 2015.
