A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

On May 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry in Seoul Northern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 8, 2017.

Criminal facts

To the extent that it does not impede the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, some contents of the indictment were revised and supplemented.
