Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are members of building materials leasing business from the F located in Cheongju-si, and the victim G(33 years of age) is the director of the I Construction Company, the original office company at the construction site of H University dormitory.

1. Defendant C and D: (a) from January 3, 2019 to January 13: 13:18, 2019, up to two stories from H University dormitory construction site managed by the victim in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, and (b) on the ground that K, a subcontractor who leased the construction materials, renounced the construction contract and dismantled the temporary facilities (non-line pipes) installed outside the building by the victim without receiving the rent and rent of non-line pipes leased from the said construction site; and (c) Defendant C was up to three stories from the 2nd floor to the decommissioninger, and Defendant C expressed that “Is our self-defluoring our anti-packer work without any scarsh work” to the scarsher, and expressed a disturbance in collusion, thereby obstructing the victim’s work site from dismantling the pipe’s work site by force.

2. From around 07:00 on January 4, 2019 to around 09:00, Defendant A, E, and B, at the same place as the above paragraph (1) and on the same grounds as the above paragraph (1), left the door by setting a distance from the 2nd floor of the household facilities (non-line pipe) and left the door, thereby obstructing the dismantling work operator from participating in the dismantling work, in collusion with the victim’s act of dismantling the household facilities (non-line pipe), which are managed by the victim by force.
