A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion a structure;

A. From around 01:00 on February 28, 2020 to 02:0, the Defendant was in the first floor of the “Dbuilding” building managed by the victim C (Einam and 44 years old) located in Kimhae-si B, and was in mind to take a photograph of the body of women who are viewed as melting sides in the toilet using the camera function of mobile phones, and infringed upon the above toilets.

B. At around 02:00 on March 8, 2020, the Defendant, at the first floor of the building “D building”, had a mind to photograph the body of women who are viewed as melting in the toilet using the cell camera function, and invaded the above toilets.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim more than twice in total.

Around February 28, 2020 to around 02:00 on March 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) taken photographs of the victim’s ambry and part of sound, etc., and taken pictures or videos of the victim’s ambry in the same way in total of 13 times in the same manner as written in the list of crimes, when the victim under the name of the victim entered the front section of the Defendant, using a cell phone image or photographic function of the victim’s cell phone screen, which was in possession, from around 01:0 to around 02:0; and (b) taken photographs of the victim’s ambry and part of sound, etc., which were in possession of the victim’s ambry and part of the image, etc., with the same method as indicated in the list of crimes.
