Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 22, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million with a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at a district district court of Jung-gu District on July 22, 2010, and on March 18, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the Seoul Northern District Court.

On May 10, 2014, around 01:57, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.072%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front of the “Yan Mangygin” road located in Yangju-si, to the front of the 3km-ro 38-ro, Yangju-si.

2. A person violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. However, the Defendant operated B rocketing motor vehicle without mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1.
