On July 13, 2018, the Defendant driven an Epote motor vehicle with a distance of about 500 meters from the front of Jincheon-gun B in Jincheon-gun to the front of D elementary school located in C on July 13, 2018, without a driver's license, while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.214%, the Defendant driven an Epote motor vehicle without mandatory insurance without a driver's license.

As a result, the Defendant violated the provision on prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and driving a motor vehicle without mandatory insurance under the influence of alcohol without a license, in violation of the same provision.

around 14:50 on August 17, 2018, the Defendant driven an Epote motor vehicle with no mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, in a section of approximately 500 meters from the front of the Hacheon-gun, Jincheon-gun to the front of the H pharmacy located in G, and without a driver’s license, with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.194%.

As a result, the Defendant violated the provisions of “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” more than twice, and driving a motor vehicle without a mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, in violation of the same provision.
