Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Jung-gu District Court on the violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million by the Jung-gu District Court on November 4, 2010.

On May 10, 2014, at around 23:56, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 600 meters from the front road in front of the Mandong-dong in Yangju-si to the front road of the Hanyang apartment complex in the same Si/Eup/Myeon from the first road in front of the Hanyang apartment complex in the same Si/Eup/Myeon, while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.118% alcohol concentration in blood.
