Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Busan High Court on May 3, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on December 4, 2018, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On June 2, 2019, at around 19:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07 grams of psychotropic drugs in the first floor of Kimhae-si, and in his residence, in a single-use injection instrument, inserting water into a single-use injection instrument, dilution, and injection into the arms.

B. On June 3, 2019, at around 12:18, the Defendant: (a) concealed 0.08g of the phiphones contained in the one-time injection machine on a toy automobile; and (b) carried phiphones in a way that keeps them on the air conditioner at that place.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On March 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained hemps by inserting approximately one cigarette’s smoking volume (one-time smoking volume) from his/her residence, after deducting the tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco tobacco tobacco’s tobacco tobacco’s tobacco tobacco’s tobacco plant from his/her residence, and then inserting and receiving the hemps to D.

B. At around 09:00 on June 3, 2019, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant in such a way that the fluencies of the hemp plant were created in the form of tobacco by shoting the fluencies of the hemp plant in the residence indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1(a).

C. On June 3, 2019, at around 12:18, the Defendant: (a) divided the hemp plants’ 0.93g into a white paper and a leaflet at the place of residence indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1(a); (b) White paper: (c) stored the hemp plants in a new sprink at the place of origin; and (d) stored the hemp plants in a new sprink at the place of origin; and (c) stored the hemp plants in a spulp

3. A person in whose case five years have not passed since his/her imprisonment without labor or greater punishment declared by a court for violating the Act on the Safety Management of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc. was completely executed or exempted shall not possess guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electroshock weapons, or crossbows;
