1. Basic facts

A. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff on December 1, 2014, under which the interior works of D Apartment Nos. 120, 1409, and 1409 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) were determined as the construction cost of KRW 11,750,000, and the construction period from December 11, 2014 to December 22, 2014, and KRW 1/1,000, respectively (hereinafter “instant construction contract”). A. Determination as to the cause of the claim 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion of KRW 11,750,00 and additional construction costs of KRW 11,750,00, and KRW 500,000, which are the total sum of KRW 15,550,000, which is the total sum of KRW 300,000,000, which is the highest sum of KRW 15,550,000,000 (=11,750,000, KRW 300,000,000.

If the defendant deducts the amount of KRW 500,000 which the defendant decided to directly execute, the amount of KRW 14,950,000 is already KRW 9,00,000 from the defendant.
