1. The defendant's 5,867,97 Won and its related 5% per annum from May 29, 2020 to January 19, 2021 to the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the Sub-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-heading-on building C (hereinafter “Plaintiffho-heading-heading-heading-ping-heading-heading-on”) of the building C.

B. The Plaintiff, against the Defendant, suffered damage to the Plaintiff’s Hoho-ho, due to water leakages generated in the Defendant’s Ho-ho, Suwon District Court Branching 2016Ga grouping to 218590

A lawsuit seeking compensation for damages was filed between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on September 30, 2016, and conciliation was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on September 30, 2016, with the purport that “if the Plaintiff and the Defendant grasp the cause of water leakage by October 10, 2016, and it is discovered as a defect in the Defendant’s family room, the Defendant would pay KRW 2 million to the Plaintiff and undertake construction works for the prevention

On October 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant failed to identify the source of water due to the existence of the causes of water leakage in Defendant Hoho Lake room or the dissenting opinion on the burden of water leakage detection expenses. The Plaintiff again filed the instant application for conciliation on February 19, 2019, and did not lead to conciliation, and was implemented as the instant lawsuit.

Plaintiff

In a room of a room, a room 2, a room 1’s wall, a main wall, a room 1’s wall, a room 1’s wall, a room 1’s ceiling, a room 1’s ceiling, a room 3-tent, and a main wall, a water leakage damage (hereinafter “water leakage damage”) occurred, such as water leakage, in which part of a room and a part of a room are damaged.

According to the appraiser F’s appraisal result, the instant water leakage was caused by the loss of the toilets, drainage pipes, or waterproof layers in the Defendant Ho Lake’s room due to the deterioration of the house (it was confirmed that no longer leakage is available after the end of August 2019). According to the appraiser G’s appraisal result, the cost of repairing the part of the water generated in the dwelling room or room of the Plaintiff Hoho Lake’s defense room, such as distribution, marketing, removal and replacement of the floor, and replacement of the damaged part of the water generated in the dwelling room or room, such as power facilities, lighting, and painting, is equivalent to KRW 19,59,92.
