1. On February 13, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, following the theft of D’s new physical fitness cards by intrusion into the Incheon High-speed Bus Terminal in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, by means of new distribution of Seocho-gu, 194, and then, on the same day, the Defendant presented the said physical fitness card to the non-employee at the above terminal as if he was D, and purchased the above 39,400 won and then acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said 35 times in total from March 10, 2015, and used the stolen credit card, 451,850 won in total, from that time until March 10, 2015, as shown in Appendix I.

2. On March 12, 2015, at around 00:32, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the 904 Ukua Qua Quau Bus bus terminal 3rd floorless office; and (b) discovered the email number, etc. of E’s authorized certificate number entered in the westhead.

Accordingly, at around 04:24 of the same day, the Defendant entered and accessed the certificate identification number of gold-high speed E into the Gwangju Bank website using a computer, and then transferred KRW 50,000 to the Gwangju Bank account (Account Number I) in the name of H which the Defendant stolen from the Gwangju Bank account (Account Number G), from that time until 04:31:56 of the same day, from that time, the Defendant transferred the total amount of KRW 60,000,000 in nine times, as shown in Appendix II, to the said account, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount.
