A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the defendant B shall be sentenced to the above punishment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use any third person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, around February 7, 2013, the Defendant submitted E’s resident registration number to the Council members of the Busan Shipping Daegu 1402, which had been completed in the Council members of the Busan Shipping Daegu 1402, as he/she was his/her E, and submitted the certificate of receipt by entering E’s resident registration number. From that time to October 25, 2017, the Defendant denied the resident registration number on a total of 145 occasions, as shown in Appendix I, from that time until October 25, 2017.

2. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits under the National Health Insurance Act or allow any other person to receive insurance benefits, by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, on February 7, 2013, the Defendant received medical treatment in the House D located in Busan Shipping Daegu 1402, and had the National Health Insurance Corporation pay 14,020 won for medical expenses excluding the principal's charges, from around October 25, 2017, from around 145 times in total, as shown in Appendix I, from around October 25, 2017, the Defendant received insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 1,750,361 in total.

3. Around November 4, 2008, the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount by having the victim receive insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 936,511,00 in total on 72 occasions from around September 7, 2012, as shown in Appendix II, as shown in Appendix II, by having the victim bear insurance benefits equivalent to the total amount of KRW 936,511,00,000, from around 72 times, as shown in Appendix II, when he/she took care of G Council members in his/her name as he/she was E, and had the National Health Insurance Corporation receive medical treatment in his/her name as he/she was E.
