A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and B conspired to acquire money by means of delivering forged real estate lease contracts to C in order to secure the return of the borrowed money by borrowing money in the name of the deposit money from C, a person who was known to the general public.

1. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) upon request to the effect that he/she shows a certified copy of the registry in the name of Gangseo-gun D (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) and the register in the name of Gangseo-gun F (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) and multi-household G (multi-household) in which he/she resides, and (b) provides the owner of the said house with the seal of H who voluntarily knows it to be the owner of the said house; (c) upon consent, B stated “the indication of real estate” in the “mark in the site for a real estate lease agreement” column; (d) stated “H, I, and Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J,” and affixed a seal to “C, K, and Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City” in the “building” column as “the name of H” attached to the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, forged one copy of the lease agreement of real estate in the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant and B at the event of the above investigation document forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement as described in paragraph 1, and moved to N in Pyeongtaek-gun M on the same day, and the Defendant asked B to deliver one copy of the above real estate lease agreement, and B consented and delivered the forged real estate lease agreement to C by facsimile as if it was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, exercised one copy of the forged real estate lease contract.

3. On November 2015, the criminal defendant called the victim C to the early police officer on November 2015, and “the inside of the Republic of Korea is living in the F building of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the monthly salary in the G, and the maturity of the house expires.
