Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, on February 13, 2015, 01:03 around 01:03, unclaimed materials, such as 25,00 won in the market price, i.e., the key to the locks for the clothes collection box managed by the Victim D, Inc. located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul., and 200 won in market price, i.e., titts 20, titts 20, 500 square meters, and 2 points in a bank.
In addition to the theft of a trucking vehicle that he/she drives, he/she stolen recyclable products, such as clothes, shoess, and bags, where the total market value of the clothes collected by the victim D, which were taken over 104 times in the same way between February 13, 2015 and March 27, 2015, as shown in attached Table 1-4, 25-124, i.e., the daily list of crimes (1-2, 2015).
2. Defendants A and B committed joint crimes around March 5, 2015: (a) around 23:43, 2015; and (b) in front of the removal of clothes managed by the victim D Co., Ltd. located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; (c) Defendant A covered the locks of the above clothing collection box in advance; and (d) approximately KRW 10 km and approximately 2-3 of the clothes and bags in which the market price in the box could not be known; (b) Defendant B stolen the above vehicle by driving the vehicle while driving it together, together with the foregoing vehicle, at least 5-24 on the same day in the same manner on the same day.
3. Defendant B, on March 22, 2015, unfolded with the key, prepared to lock clothes collection boxes managed by the victim corporation D located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 2, 2015, and disposed of recyclables, such as clothes, shoes, and bags inside the locks.
In addition, from March 22, 2015 to March 27, 2015, it was loaded into and stolen from the cargo vehicle that he/she drives, as well as from March 22, 2015.
