A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint criminal offenders committed their own life with middle school alumnis, stolen bicycles, and conspired to raise sales and life expenses through NAVara.

At around 02:00-4:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendants: (a) cut the victim E’s bicycle by using a cutting machine prepared in advance to lock the bicycle at the victim’s market price of KRW 300,000,000, and (b) cut the victim E by means of getting on and off, and jointly cutting the bicycle from August 1, 2013 to October 2013, the Defendants jointly cut the victim’s bicycle amounting to KRW 9,650,000 at the market price of KRW 31 times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form I.

2. At around 01:30 on November 21, 2013, Defendant A stolen 15 bicycles worth KRW 6,335,000 at a total of 15 times from August 201, 203 to January 20, 2014, including cutting, cutting, and cutting, using a cutting device prepared in advance to 260,000 won at the market price of the victim F, which was set up in the bicycle storage stand in front of the Daejeon Pungdong-gu Gyeongdong University, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daejeon National University.

3. On August 1, 2013, Defendant B: (a) committed a theft of six bicycles worth KRW 2,440,000 at a total of six times, as shown in attached Table Ⅲ, from August 1, 2013 to November 2013, on the part of the Defendant, who was a victim’s name winner, who was posted at the scene, was forced to return his/her number chains of 2DO bicycle, the market price of which is at least KRW 600,000, 300, 300; and (b) committed a theft of the Defendant’s number chains from August 1, 2013 to November 2013.
