A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim C (the age of 49) are the same between the Defendant and the victim (the age of 49) while maintaining the inhumanity relationship from around 2005 to June 2014.
