A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, at the main point of “C” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) held the victim’s cell phone on the ground that the victim frequently took a drinking place and took telephone conversations with others; (c) held the victim’s cell phone at the main point; (d) held the victim’s cell phone and carried the victim’s house at the top of the Defendant’s operation.

At around 23:04 on the same day, the Defendant neglected the demands of the victim from Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to return mobile phones, and continued to have the windows cut down by hand, but did so on February 23, 2019, the Defendant detained the victim by allowing the victim not to get off approximately 5 km from the H World Cup store located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to keep approximately 1 hour off.

2. On October 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Gwangju District Court on September 19, 2016; the summary order of KRW 4 million by the same court on September 19, 2016; the summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the same court on October 11, 2017; and the summary order of KRW 3 million by the same court on June 25, 2018.

On February 22, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven the said low-speed car without obtaining a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.131%, from the J-ro in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front day of the Ho World Cup in Gwangju-gu.
