A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The defendants are students enrolled in Daegu University C and in three years of age, and victims D (the age of 21) are students enrolled in the same department in the second year, and have been in the same relationship with the defendant for four months.
1. Intimidation;
