A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic;

(a) No one shall solicit a person to engage in any conduct of selling sex with a person who commits a joint crime with a person who is not his/her name C;

(b) No person who commits a joint crime with a person in distress shall invite another person to engage in the conduct of selling sex and receive any payment for such conduct;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with the name subconsor E, who is a broker for sexual traffic of Russia’s nationality, introduced the name subconsoring female F with the nationality of Kazakh to the Defendant to engage in selling sex in the Republic of Korea on February 2, 2016, and introduced F to the broker for sexual traffic in Daegu, and received KRW 2 million in return for the purchase of return airline tickets to enable F to enter the Republic of Korea, and introduced F to the broker for sexual traffic in Daegu, and received KRW 4 through 9,11 through 13 in addition to the payment of KRW 2 million in return.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic shall recruit persons to engage in any conduct of selling sex and receive any consideration therefor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with the name influssia E, who is a broker for female sex trafficking with the Russian nationality, is a female who, on January 2016, sells sex to the Republic of Korea in collusion with the name influsia, a female who is influsia, whose name influsia, from the end influsia to the end influsia.
