Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a trustee, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.

The Defendant recruited to operate an Internet gambling site similar to “sports soil” that sells voting rights according to the National Sports Promotion Act with B, C, D, E, F, etc., and B opened an Internet gambling site and play the role of operating the website and managing funds, etc., Defendant and C, D, E, and F, respectively.

From January 5, 2016 to May 8, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, C, D, E, F, etc., got members of the 2nd Internet gambling site “H” (hereinafter “instant gambling site”) from members of the 2nd Internet gambling site “H” (hereinafter “H”) in Cambodia’s detached house office, and charged game money, and caused members to connect the said gambling site to the said gambling site and enter into and depart from the Republic of Korea and abroad, and paid 5,000 to 1,00,000,000 won in sports games, such as the stable, camping, and the deaf-gu, leading members to betting results by using the method of “fright,” “spanish,” “spanish,” or “fright-fright,” thereby obtaining profits from the betting machine’s sales rate calculated by multiplying the pre-determined distribution rate, and then, deposited the same in cash with members’ money, excluding the commission, and paid the same to members’ money in cash.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, E, and F, issued sports betting tickets or similar things to those who win the result and provided property to those who win the result, while gambling for profit.
