A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

17,500,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result, and shall not establish a space for gambling for profit.

The Defendant, along with B (one-day) and D (one-day E), F, G, H, I, J, K, L, etc., openly recruited to operate an Internet gambling site similar to the sports territory where voting rights are sold under the National Sports Promotion Act, and opened and operated an Internet gambling site of "M" in Vietnam and Cambodia, with an office in charge of attracting its members, etc. at the center near the fest of the Sungnam-gu branch office, and an office in charge of operating the Internet gambling site, such as site, membership management, and remittance. The above Internet gambling site was opened and operated in Vietnam and Cambodia. The Defendant, as the team leader of Vietnam, managed the above overseas office as the head of the said overseas office, managed the above overseas office, and the Defendant, at the F, G, H, I, J, J, K, and L, by entering the said overseas office’s business schedule and result in the above Internet gambling site in response to the members’ requests, and performing their respective duties such as attracting cyber money and cyber exchange, and publicizing its members through the above Internet website.

From April 2014 to January 2015, the Defendant, along with the foregoing D, recruited its members by advertising the said site through the Internet, telephone, etc., and filled with game money by receiving help money from the recruited members through N,O, and P’s account, etc., and then caused its members to walk up the game money with the game money from 5,000 to 1,00,000 won in sports events, such as axiss, camping districts, and farming districts, which are connected to the said gambling site and are proceeding in Korea and abroad, and caused its members to enter the results of the games by using betting methods such as 5,00 to 1,00,00,000 won.
