Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 1755]
1. Larceny;
A. From 01:00 on January 4, 2014 to 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s thief in cash on the rear part of the victim C, i,950,000 won, and one copy of the Victim’s physical card in the name of the Suhyup Bank; and (b) stolen the victim’s thief in the Emine room located underground in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building.
B. On January 9, 2014, around 03:00 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s theft against the Victim F, resulting in the theft of cash KRW 700,000, new card 2, and the victim’s wall on the street operated by the Victim F in front of 214-ro 21 (main apartment) in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
C. From January 15, 2014, around 15:00 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant thefted the victim H, the victim H was stolen by taking out one bank body card in the name of the victim, one of which the victim H was in a boomer with the toilet.
On January 9, 2014, the Defendant stolen the Victim I by taking out one copy of the Non-bank C&C card in the name of Korea, Inc., Ltd., which is owned by the victim I, set on his customer under the influence of alcohol at the “K” singing room located in the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
E. At around 10:00 on February 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim M by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim M was divingd from the victim’s head; (b) taking advantage of the crepan in a so set set of O located in Seo-gu Busan N, Busan, the Defendant stolen the victim’s head, one of which was the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 700,000,000.
2. Attempted fraud;
A. On January 4, 2014, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud against the victim’s nameless wounded, purchased one hand-type of loss equivalent to KRW 478,00 in the market price from the “ Qu” bank operated by the victim’s nameless wounded in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu P, and completed the Defendant’s physical card in the name of C, such as the former one’s (A).
