The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant, at around 03:00 on July 21, 2020, tried to move out of the entrance of the “C Hospital” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and at the entrance of the “C Hospital” located in Gangnam-gu B, Seoul, the Defendant was able to check out the new wall according to the hospital regulations from the head of the above hospital and the victim D (30 years of age) affiliated with the above hospital, and the Defendant was able to check out the body wall of the victim as knife with her hand, sphere, her head, her head, and make her worn by the victim.
