A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On May 15, 2014, at around 13:10 on May 15, 2014, the Defendants: (a) visited the D Hospital located in Sin-si, Sin-si, E, who was hospitalized as alcohol addiction; and (b) want to undergo alcohol outside the hospital; (c) but (d) want to undergo alcohol at the same time from the victim F, who is the prime director and employee of the above hospital, refused to undergo the above E.

Accordingly, the Defendants were able to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as hump gue, flag, etc., and humping, with a large sound from the front corridor of the above hospital, to the employees of the hospital including the victim.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with and by force interfered with the business of the victim's hospital.

나. 공무집행방해 피고인들은 전항과 같은 날 13:35경 같은 장소에서 112신고를 받고 출동한 G파출소 소속 경찰관 H 경위로부터 사건경위에 관한 질문을 받자 화가 나, 피고인 B은 욕설을 하면서 한손으로 위 H의 멱살을 잡은 채 다른 손으로 때릴 듯이 위협하고, 피고인 A는 발로 위 H의 다리와 허리 부분을 수회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the above H 112 reported case, which is a police officer.

2. Defendant A

A. The Defendant causing property damage, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, destroyed by pushing the fire equivalent to KRW 120,000 at the market price of the front corridor, which had been in front of the nuclear unit, in hand, while avoiding disturbance as above, and damaged the support unit for the part of the repair cost to be filled out on the waves of the small wave.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the above property owned by the victim medical corporation D Hospital.

B. The Defendant assaulted the victim F(38 years of age), who was the director and staff of the D Hospital, who had avoided the disturbance at the time, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a).
