Punishment of the crime

[200 Madan942] The injured party B (n, 28 years old) was a nurse belonging to the D Hospital located in Sinpo City C, and the injured party was engaged in the duty of controlling the entrance of the hospital in relation to Mana 19 at the new entrance of the above hospital.

At around 16:10 on May 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s work by force by leaving the entrance door of the 1st floor of the D Hospital, stating, “A person who does not wear a garro or 19 in connection with his or her entrance, or who does not have an access to his or her guardian shall not have access to it inside the hospital’s regulations; (b) he or she was unable to avoid disturbance with a chemical or bathing theory; and (c) subsequently, it was difficult for the Defendant to escape from disturbance at the entrance of the 1st floor of the D Hospital in which many and unspecified persons run, and by seeing urines.

[2020 Godan1714] On September 4, 2020, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim by assaulting the victim’s face at a “F” restaurant located in Sinpo-si E on the ground that the victim G (ma, 42 years old) was living in a brea-si, while under the influence of alcohol, and by assaulting the victim’s face at a drinking time beyond the floor, and embling the victim’s face over the floor, and taking the victim’s side interest back to several times, and causing approximately six weeks of treatment.
