Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 8, 2020, the Defendant continued to operate the third-party Highway with the third-party Highway from Seoul bank to Incheon bank on two-lanes on February 8, 2020, while driving the second-party Highway with the second-lanes, the Defendant did not turn on the direction, etc., but continued to turn on two to three times the highest one-way vehicle in his own future.
