Nevertheless, the Defendant deceptioned as above and received 48,000 won from the victim to the D Association account under the name of the Defendant for the consideration of goods.

2. On February 11, 2020, the fraud Defendant sent a false statement to the victim F, who reported and contacted the notice on the sales of “E” after accessing the “E”, which is the Internet site for used goods, at the time of Busan-si (hereinafter referred to as “Secheon-si”) around February 11, 2020.

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess the above goods, and was thought to use the money as living expenses, etc. from the victim, so there was no intention or ability to sell the above goods to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deceptioned as above and received 283,000 won from the victim to the D Association account under the name of the Defendant for the consideration of goods.

3. On February 14, 2020, the Defendant sold a studio-type location after accessing “G”, which is an Internet site for used goods, at not more than 20,000, around February 14, 2020.

The phrase “I will send things if you send the price” to the victim H who reported and contacted the phrase “I will send the things.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess the above goods and received money from the victim, such as living expenses.
