Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2017, at around 01:08, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in front of the Seoul Southernbuk-gu B, Seoul, and was called to the site upon 112 report that the host was used, and was taken measures for returning the Defendant to the site, and was taken for returning to the site, to C, who belongs to the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station;

After doing so, C intended to move the patrol vehicle for the patrol duty, it was impossible for C to move the patrol vehicle for approximately 10 minutes in the manner of cutting off the said patrol vehicle off and bront to the patrol vehicle (bront) with the bront and holding the said patrol vehicle on the bront.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers' patrols.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. In order to protect the defendant for the reasons for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, police officers dispatched to the scene, and obstructed the course of patrol vehicles.

However, the defendant is in depth against the defendant when committing the crime of this case.

In this case, the punishment exceeding the fine has not been imposed on a contingent basis.

The punishment shall be determined as ordered by comprehensively taking into account such circumstances, the age of the defendant, sexual conduct, motive for the crime, and circumstances after the crime.
