Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

1. From February 11, 2003 to September 23, 2009, the Defendant injured by occupational negligence: (a) operated “D mountain father and clinic” at the Gyeonggi E-si E-gu Seoul Specialized Department in the Gyeonggi E-si Special Metropolitan City from February 11, 2003 to from September 23, 2009; and (b) operated “F doctor” at the fourth floor of the Masan Specialized Department in the Chang-si Special Metropolitan City E-si Special Metropolitan City from May 17, 201 to May 17, 2011.

피고인은 2008. 10. 14. 14:00경 위 ‘D 산부인과 의원’에서, 피해자 G(여, 42세)의 복부 지방층에 투매슨트 용액을 넣어 국소 마취하고, 미세 진동기로 음압을 유발하여 지방과 용액을 섞어 반 용액 상태로 만든 다음 지방흡입기인 캐뉼러를 이용하여 위 용액을 흡입하는 방법으로 복부 부위 지방 흡입 시술을 하게 되었다.

In such cases, as a doctor under the influence of alcohol, he/she should not accurately manipulate it in accordance with the directions of the inhaled local inhales so as to impair other physical parts, such as serums, and he/she has a duty of care to prevent side effects of the therapy by inhaleing the adequate local cells.

2. Around October 14, 2008, the fraud Defendant: (a) around August 14, 2008, to the above G from the “Dsanbu and Council members; and (b) around August 6, 2009, to the said G’s Habh H in the same place, each of the instant G’s regional inhaled treatment (i.e., not being paid medical care benefits because the said G fell under the “marc type”); (c) but (d) around October 14, 2008, the said G was the chronic dsanbu and Council members of the Korea Health Insurance Corporation.
