The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendant’s defense counsel for mistake of facts may substitute the contents set forth in the summary of the pleadings (53 pages of the trial record) dated January 29, 2015, which was submitted by the lower court, for reasons of appeal.

1) As to the injury caused by occupational negligence, the victim G (hereinafter “victim”).

(2) On October 14, 2008, the instant treatment (hereinafter referred to as “instant treatment”) shall be conducted for the inhaled local inhaled local consumption on the part of the head of the relevant local government.

A) On August 6, 2009, he/she received the same treatment with his/her care H. On August 1, 2012. On August 1, 2012, the victim sent his/her clothes to the Defendant by telephone and received a medical examination at a hospital where the Defendant was working at the time. At the time, he/she was unable to discover the symptoms of the victim’s clothes. The Defendant was unable to discover the symptoms of the part of his/her care at the victim’s clothes, and there was no other symptoms of the victim’s clothes from the victim’s clothes to the Defendant on the part of his/her care at the time of 10th day after the victim’s 20th day after the 20th day after the 20th day after the 20th day after the 20120th day after the death.

However, since there is no fact that the Victim Health Insurance Corporation has filed a false claim for insurance benefits with each local inhaled treatment, it is actually conducted with obstetrician and medical care after each local inhaled treatment, and even if not, it is applied to the patient who performed the local inhaled treatment in order to reduce the burden of the patient when prescribing the drugs such as antibiotics and antibiotics.
