Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on April 24, 2018.

1. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 15:10 on November 22, 2018, stolen a small amount of 149,000 won in the display stand, where the victim I’s management was neglected from the H water datum located in G 2nd floor G in Suwon-si F, Suwon-si.
2. On December 18, 2018, at around 16:39 on December 18, 2018, the Defendant, at the place under the preceding paragraph, stolen one of the crepits equivalent to KRW 149,000, market price in the display stand.

1. On February 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim was neglected; (b) cut the victim’s property in the display stand, which is equivalent to KRW 59,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, located in the display stand, using a crepan in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) put the victim into the door and stolen it from that time until April 4, 2019; and (d) cut the victim’s property in total of 893,700 won, including the list of crimes, in the same manner, from that time until April 4, 2019.
