Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:00 on December 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s market price of KRW 220,00,000, which was displayed in the display stand by taking advantage of bad gaps in the victim E’s response to customers; and (b) caused a theft of the victim’s market price of KRW 220,00,000.
