Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the owner of the “C” in Young-gu, Suwon-si, is the actual operator, such as entering into the above-mentioned lease contract and investing funds, and D is a person who manages the above-mentioned “C” as the owner of the Defendant’s private village and manages the said “C,” and is engaged in duties such as providing customer guidance and connecting employees.

1. D’s violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.: (a) around July 31, 2018, around the foregoing “C”; (b) around July 31, 2018, the police officer E, and patrolmen who pretended to be customers to engage in commercial sex acts, such as engaging in sexual sex acts, such as acts similar to G sexual traffic women, by receiving KRW 120,00 won from those who are 120,00 won from the police officer E, 10,000 won, 120,000 won, and 80,000 won, and providing them with hand-on services; and (c) mediating them to engage in commercial sex acts, such as acts of similarity with female employees, in return for payment from customers, from April 10, 2018 to July 31, 2018.

From April 10, 2018 to July 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around April 10, 2018 to around July 31, 2018, D, an employee of the Defendant, had C perform the act of arranging sexual traffic as above

2. No one, other than a massage technician who has violated the Medical Service Act, may open a massage place or massage house;

Nevertheless, from April 10, 2018 to July 31, 2018, the Defendant employed non-qualified women from the above “C” as employees, and opened a massage place without being recognized as a massageman, by allowing customers visiting the said place of business to engage in massage by receiving the price of KRW 60,000 to KRW 120,000 per capita and receiving the price equivalent to KRW 60,000 per capita and telegraph, etc.
