Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2012, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the regional military manpower office at the office of the Defendant, located in Haan-gun B apartment 212 Dong 402 and 402 on September 25, 2012, and did not enlist without justifiable grounds by not later than three days after the date of enlistment due to the Defendant’s religious belief.
