Punishment of the crime

Despite being enlisted in active duty service, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Gyeongnam Military Manpower Office, stating that he will enlist in the 39 company group located in the counter dong of the Hanam-gun, Hanam-gun, Hanam-gun, 205 Dong 201 on September 3, 2012, and from October 9, 2012 to October 14:00, 2012, but failed to enlist without justifiable grounds by the date three days have elapsed from the date of enlistment on the ground of religious faith.
