Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a new religious organization’s believers, and on August 16, 2013, at the Defendant’s home located in the Sinsan City Do 102, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the regional military manpower office of Gyeongcheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si to enlistment in the 102 supplementary unit located in the Sincheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City Gyeongcheon-si on October 8, 2013, and did not, without justifiable grounds, enlist until October 11, 2013, for which three days have passed since the date of enlistment.
