1. No game water-related business entity shall allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water or leave them to do so, and no one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or re-purchase of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water for a business;

Defendant

A is a person who operates the game hall in the trade name of “J Gameland” by acquiring 70 game machines from H in a de facto marital relationship with Defendant B by transfer of 70 game machines in the preceding North Korea-gun I (second floor). Defendant B is a person who exchanges one card “one-hour free of charge” in cash equivalent to 10,000 won issued in the above game site.

From February 15, 2016 to March 23, 2016, the Defendants installed the said “J Gameland” game site; Defendant A installed 40 and 30 of the “BAD9000” game machine; and sought 10,000 won for many unspecified customers in the said game machine, they created 10,000 points in the “CREDIT” window of the game machine; and, in the event that they wish to exchange with a game after completing the game, they exchanged 10,000 won by deducting 10,000 per fee for the said card possessed by the said customers; and Defendant B exchanged 10,000 won by deducting 10,000 won per share of the said card.

As a result, the above Defendants conspired to exchange intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

2. Defendant A and C operate a general game providing business jointly with the trade name of “J Gameland” in the former North Korea-gun I (2nd floor).

No one shall allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water, or neglect to allow them to do so, and shall promote speculation by providing free gifts, etc.
