Defendant
A and Defendant B, as a partnership business from January 7, 2017 to September 12, 2017, run a mutual game forum, “F,” after renting 2th floor of the building in Gwangju Mine-gu, and setting up 70 units of the game machine. Defendant C is a person who conducts money exchange business in the above game room from January 20 to September 2017.
1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and B;
(a) Free game products-related business entities shall not allow or cause any other person to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game water;
From January 7, 2017 to September 12, 2017, when the Defendants received 10,000 won from the customers who found their places in the above game, and granted 10,000 won to the game machine, and the game was carried out, and lost or obtained points according to the result, the Defendants issued a letter of free use per 10,000 points to the game machine immediately after the Defendants received a request for return according to accumulated points, and then given a copy of free use right to the game machine to allow customers to resume the game without any confirmation, thereby giving them exchange values to free use rights and allowing free customers to sell free use rights to other customers at an influent place.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to search for a game room, let the game customers do gambling and other speculative acts using game water, or let them do so.

On January 20, 2017, the Defendants changed the role of exchanging C free of charge in the above game room from the time when they asked to exchange C, and then informed C of the fact that C would make a money exchange to customers from September 12, 2017, and C would make the same period game room.
