Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A The head of the G Group, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D are members of the F Trade Union Federation of the National Port Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “F Trade Union”).
1. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A stated “7. Heavy in order” in the bill of indictment on June 2012, but, according to the fact that P, Q, and R respective statutory statements, from July 3, 2012 to July 3, 2012, the payment of navigation union usage fees was commenced (Records 122 pages), etc., this appears to be “6. From around 08:00 on December 12, 2012 to around 10:00 on the same day, the Defendants’ co-offenderd the Defendants: (a) from the temporary quantity at the J prescribed in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph, the victim K Co., Ltd.: (b) prevented the Defendant from passing dump vehicles using 10 members of the Plaintiff and the vehicle, on the ground that: (c) the victim K, using a dump transport device; (d) the dredged soil produced in the course of installing the transport of crude oil in the order of the ground storage; (e) the oil tanker part of the oil tanker, and (e) the dredging soil produced in the course of installing the transport of crude oil in the order of the dump vehicle; and (e) the Defendant did not pay the port wage.
Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
