Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2016, Defendant I’s Defendant I’s obstruction of business: (a) from the stairs of L Middle High School in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon on October 6, 2016, the Defendant offered a small tape card stating that “In order to assist the above-mentioned students in committing the crime, the Office of Education refused to teach, refused to pay tuition fees, and student so-called “the board of directors of the Foundation L,” and conducted a demonstration with a student’s name untitled.

As such, the Defendant, by facilitating the use of the above name-based students to obstruct the school operation of the victim N, the principal.

2. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G’s business obstruction on October 7, 2016: (a) from around 09:0 to around 11:40 on October 7, 2016, the Defendants occupied the stairs of the first floor of the above LJ from around 09:0 to around 11:40; (b) Defendant A was unable to put up the bridge of the O of the 2nd class; (c) Defendant B was able to put up the 2nd class to the 2nd class; and (d) Defendant B prevented Defendant B from putting a teacher P on his body; (c) Defendant F was hick to Q; (d) Defendant E, Defendant E, and Defendant G was able to use the stairs to stop their passage.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the school operation of the victim N who is the principal by force.

3. From October 10, 2016 to October 10, 2016, Defendants A, C, and D interfered with their duties, the Defendants prevented the passage of teachers by occupying a 2nd floor class in order to teach without occupying stairs. Defendant A and Defendant C also prevented the passage of teachers by occupying the stairs.
