Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of land B in Incheon-gun, and includes approximately 4-5 square meters of land owned by the above defendant on the roads of Incheon-gun, Incheon-do, Incheon-do, and the victim D is a person who executes the construction of the housing site for the land outside Incheon-gun, E-13 lots of land by passing through the above roads (ducts).

From around 08:00 to 08:40 on October 31, 2017, the Defendant interfered with construction by blocking the entry of the construction vehicle by means of blocking the entry of the construction vehicle by carrying 15 tons of a dump vehicle and blocking 15 tons of a dump vehicle from around 08:0 to 10 on June 10, 2018, in order to construct the housing site in the adjoining E-Gun, Incheon, where the victim was in progress, and he/she did not refuse to do so, in order to build the housing site, in order to install the housing site, by cutting off the passage of the dump vehicle with a large quantity of 15 tons of a dump vehicle for the construction of the housing site at the above site: From around 08:00 on June 10, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the construction of the 15 tons of a dump vehicle and blocking the construction of the 15 tons of a dump vehicle at the site.
