1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and KRW 1.5 million for the same crime at the same court on May 29, 2015.

On June 24, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% among blood transfusions, the Defendant driven Benz automobiles in the section of approximately 300 meters from the front of a mutual influent restaurant located in the Donsan-dong of Gwangju Mine to the front road of the Donsan-dong located in the same Gu-ro 202.
