The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle for getting on board B.

On November 26, 2017, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.066% among blood transfusion around 22:38, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 2 km from the front day of restaurant to the lower end of mountain village located in the Masan-dong in the Gwangju Mine-gu.
