Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2014, at around 00:50 on May 1, 201, the Defendant causing property damage, arriving in the above place where the victim D was on board a taxi operated by the victim D in front of the Busan Northern-gu C apartment 107, Busan, and paying for the cost

Then, after the taxi gets off, the light string of the city, attached to the head of the above taxi string, was damaged by drinking.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place stipulated in Paragraph 1, obstructed the performance of official duties by the police officer in relation to the duty of reporting and handling 112 reports by 112, stating that the Defendant assaulted another person at the scene, and f of the Busan Northern Police Station E District Unit of the Busan Northern Police Station, and the police officer G, who tried to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender, and resisting this, and thereby, F’s streak and his streak streaks frequently and continuously obstructed the police officer’s duty of handling 112 reports.
