A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a handler of narcotics, shall sell, administer, or possess a Metropha (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as "philophone") which is a local mental medicine.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On February 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put a large amount of fluorphone into a single-use injection machine at the cel located in Won-si B on February 8, 2018; (b) dilution with water; and (c) injected the Defendant’s chophone into the Defendant’s arms bloodline and administered chophones.

B. On February 9, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) put in the telephones into a single-use injection machine; (b) injected the Defendant’s arms with water; and (c) injected the transphones into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

On February 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) inserted a bitphone into a single-use popon in the mutual influoric telephone located in the spactic telephone at Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) injected it with water; and (c) injected it into the Defendant’s arms bloodline, and administered copon.

(d)

On February 11, 2018, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) inserted a bitphone into a single-use injection machine at the place described in the port; (b) injected it with water; and (c) injected it into the Defendant’s arms blood cells; and (c) injected phiphones.

2. On February 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) carried philophones in front of the E innyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, by inserting 0.39g of philophones into the right part of the Defendant’s steering machine; and (b) carried philophones by inserting one opphones containing 0.2g of philophones in the Fpoter III operated by the Defendant and one philophones containing 0.2g of philophones by dilutioning them into water.
