Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, C, and D are volunteers at the 20th National Assembly member election campaign office of the J preliminary candidate for the new one at the 20th National Assembly member election campaign in Changwon-si, who work as volunteers, Defendant B, and E who support J preliminary candidates, and Defendant F was working as volunteers at the K preliminary candidate election campaign office of the 20th National Assembly member election campaign in Changwon-si.
1. On February 27, 2016, from around 14:25 to 16:48, Defendant A complained of support for the J preliminary candidate, on the following grounds: (a) at the election campaign office of the J preliminary candidate having the third floor L L in Changwon-si; and (b) at the election campaign office of the J preliminary candidate, the safe number kept therein was reported to 28 persons, such as M, by posting a phone directly to 28 persons, including M, in his/her cell phone, and (c) by posting a phone to 28 persons.
2. On March 4, 2016, from around 13:30 to 17:56, Defendant B complained of support for the J preliminary candidate by following the following: (a) at the Defendant’s home located in Changwon apartment and the Defendant’s house located in the J preliminary candidate’s election office, the safe number that he received at the J preliminary candidate’s election office was reported to 104 persons, including the Defendant’s spouse’s cell phone, and (b) directly calls to 104 persons, including O, who are the Defendant’s spouse, and (c) “I will see the J preliminary candidate’s request.”

On February 26, 2016, from around 10:17 to 13:53, Defendant C complained of support for the J preliminary candidate on the following grounds: (a) the election campaign office of the J preliminary candidate from around 10:17 to 13:53: (b) the safe number kept therein was reported to 22 persons, such as P, etc., by directly posting a phone to one’s mobile phone, and (c) the phone calls to 22 persons, such as P, etc. directly., and (d) “If a public opinion poll for Gongcheon is conducted during the period from March 2 to 20.”
4. Defendant D from February 24, 2016
2. By December 26, 200, the J preliminary candidate reported the safe number set up at the election office of the J preliminary candidate, and directly telephoneed to 15 persons, including Q, from his cellular phone.
