【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 03:00 on July 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had an AB and CS (the decision to transfer the juvenile protection case on October 11, 2019) appear in the AB and CS (the head of the Gu) on the AB and CS vehicle that was stolen by the Defendant; (b) had the Defendant take on the AB and CS (the decision to transfer the juvenile protection case on October 11, 2019; (c) had no oil, provided money to AB and CS on the same day; and (d) had the Defendant raise money to the 06:00 on the same day; and (c) had the Defendant take the sentence to the extent that it does not have to be given.”
The Defendant: (a) had the above AB and CS in Busan, reported the network in the vicinity of Busan, and (b) caused the victim’s CV master car parked in the location, opened a car without locking the CV master car; and (c) caused the victim’s CV master car to be stolen with one copy of the CV master card of the SB bank owned by the victim.
2. Fraud, fraud by use of computers, or violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;
A. On July 28, 2019, at around 06:16, the Defendant purchased gasoline in CY station operated by the injured party CY in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and then inserted the CU Bank CU Bank CY card that was stolen into the oil station, without authority, and settled 60,000 won of the gas station price.
B. On July 28, 2019, around 06:24, 2019, the Defendant, along with AB and CS, presented food to an employee as if he had completed the stolen CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CU’s CF card.
The defendant is at the market price of 24,000 won from the victim.
