A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is registered only as Defendant mixed with his certified copy of the resident registration, and ASEAN is registered with another certified copy of the resident registration, but in order to open a mobile phone in the name of C, the Defendant forged the certified copy of the resident registration which was recorded with the same certified copy of the resident registration as the Defendant C entered with the same certified copy, and

Around July 2010, the Defendant forged a public document, along with the resident registration card in the name of the defendant's office located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, the Defendant attached the paper stating "AG" in the relation column with the householder, name and resident registration number column, and attached the paper stating "CH" in the name and resident registration number column, respectively, to the resident registration card in the name of the defendant's office located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, the head of Ansan-si, the Gu, the head of the household, and the head of the household.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a certified copy of the resident registration card of the Defendant (A) in the name of the Dongdae-gu Dong Dong-gu, Ansan-si, an official document.

2. On July 28, 2010, the Defendant: (a) presented to the store employee who is not aware of the forgery in order to open a mobile phone in the name of ASEAN from the 'J' located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) presented a copy of the certified public document, which is a forged public document, as in paragraph (1), as if it were duly constituted.
